As committee chairman, I wish to thank all who attended our June 10th event, and anyone who had a hand in making it a success. In particular, thank you to my co-chairmen Steve Kempff, as well as Vince Gizzi and his whole crew of set up and take down men (great job). Also thanks to Marge Gizzi (Kitchen), Ed Heacock, Stan Ogryzek, John Pica, Lodge Officers, Dignitaries, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, VFW Post 6495, VFW Post 6495 Auxiliary & Jr. Girls, American Legion Post 382, The Lions Club, The Bristol High Schoold Band, and our Exalted Ruler Chuck Worthington, Jr., who presided over the event with much ease and dignity. Great Job by all!!! I certainly would be amiss if I did not thank the "Bristol Sun God" who seems to always bless Lodge #970 on Flag Day! To all those who told me so - Yeah, Yeah, I know!
